I have known Pippa for around 3 years now, first getting to know her whilst introducing her to a new business. I originally engaged Pippa to carry out an HR Audit so that I could ensure our contracts and policies were ready for the April 2020 employment law changes. She completed this quickly and effectively and was additionally able to make some excellent recommendations around our systems and processes which also added real value.

As a Managing Director of two Companies, I have employed approximately twenty members of staff over the last 30 years and have only recently become aware of how many HR mistakes I must have made or avoided.
